Frequently asked questions

Voice commands aren't being recognized correctly

Make sure microphone and speech recognition permissions are enabled for NoBoard in your device settings, you're in a quiet environment, and you're speaking moves using standard notation (e.g. "knight to f3").

A multiplayer match won't connect or keeps disconnecting

Check your internet connection. NoBoard will automatically try to reconnect you to an active game. If the issue persists, restart the app and try again.

How do I manage or cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings, not within NoBoard.

How do I delete my account?

Open NoBoard and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently erases your profile, game history, and stats. See our Privacy Policy for details.
